This card takes an action to draw and another to play. For that, you can bounce
one of your opponent's cards in play back to their hand. Unless you manage
to nab a character or adventure, this will be worth an equivalent of one
action, which puts you one action in the hole, overall. Since you can't rely
on your opponent to be playing characters or adventures, and your opponent
is free to replay the bounced card on their next turn, this card seems like
a losing proposition. Does it have any redeeming qualities? Well, yes it
does. To start, the card is blue, not red. Board removal that doesn't specify
a card type is indicative of Transfiguration spells, not Charms spells. The
existence of this card means that a blue deck doesn't need to add red for
spot removal of problem cards. It's also a rather cheap spell, with a casting
cost of only four. The problem is that it only does half the job of getting
rid of that card that is tormenting you. Hover Charm must be combined with
a discard effect of some sort to knock the bounced card out of your opponent's
hand before they can get it on the table again. Fortunately, blue contains
an ample number of good discard cards, most notably Purple Firecrackers and
Charms Exam. Griphook also works nicely here. Another plus is that using
this card will allow you to play a unique card (or match) of your own, that
is blocked because your opponent has out the same card (or match). By itself,
I don't feel this is a strong card. But with a little help from other cards,
you'll really like what it does.

For 4C, you get to return one card in play to the owners hand...okay =\ Obviously,
in Charms decks without transfig, this card is okay...If you have Transfig,
you have SO many more choices. ;) Not that great, but it does have it's uses...

This card isn't that good. If have never seen anyone use this card. I go with
Dobby's Dissappearence becuase it's free. If you want this effect but don't
have any Dobby's Disappearence you could use this card. The effect isn't
that good either. Unless you use it on a creature. I don't like it becuase
your opponent can just play it back again. If you have this card in your
deck, use it on a creature when ever you can.

Popping one of those huge fancy cards that require losing lessons from play
back to their hand sure is fun. And at a cheap price to, by the time they're
able to play it, you should definatly have enough power to play this a time
or two again. The advantage of going back to their hand instead of the discard
is that they'll have to, and probably will, waste more actions playing the
card to get it out of their hand, rather than doing nothing about it in the
discard. This would be good in a prevention/denial type deck, like where
you have an adventure that prohibits the playing of a certain type of card,
and then bounce them back to their hand so it's just dead weight until they
solve it. Lessons are an excellent target. >=)

While this card can get rid of permanents, they will usually go back into play
the next turn. And the fact that many cards benefit your opponent when they
come into play decreases the versatility of this card, and so does the fact
you can't use it on yourself. I recommend using this against large creatures
or creatures like Hebridian with a lesson penalty, or using this in a lesson-destruction
deck, so they cannot replay the card after they played it. This card isn't
the kind of card you just want to throw in just any charms deck and remember
using it sets you back two actions, so try to set your opponent back three
or more if possible.
