Normally, I'm not a fan of cards that only deal one damage per turn. It's just
not enough pressure put on your opponent. This problem is compounded by this
card's relatively high casting cost, in relation to that one damage. At six
lessons to cast, it's also too small to be worthwhile for use with Arthur
Weasley. I might consider this in various Draco Slytherin designs, but even
there it doesn't look that great.
Enraged
This card is similar to Rouge Bludger but it just doesn’t really pack
a punch and you can’t increase the damage with a broom so though it is
a creature/item thingy it just doesn’t work well at all. Still if you
play massive amounts of healing and some other items and maybe Percy Weasley
you could have a really really slow win.

Oh no, I was bit, whatever will I do? Oh I'm losing, slowsly slowly losing,
*yawns*. By the time this card actually kills your opponent, you're going
to be finished yourself. This card is Slow-Acting, and hopefully you'll slowly
realize taht you're going to die. I think Wizards realized that creatures
were extremely powerful, so they tried to create, creature like cards for
the other lesson types. This card acts like a creature except for 6 power,
its awfully, awfully week. If you're going to go with potions, its much more
advisable to play the heavy hitters spells, I mean isn't that effect you
were going to go for anyways.

A curious raven that costs 6? Ooooo scary... The only thing different about
this pest is damage doesn't effect it, cause items cant take damage. :P Still
not so great... if you use this, I must say, stop tickling your opponent
and do some real damage.. there's tons of better potion cards out there..
just pick one. :P

This is pretty much what it sounds like. A slow acting venom lol. It only does
one damage a turn and in most cases i would suggest a damaging spell in it's
place. It needs 8 turns to catch up to Dogbreath Potion. However, if your
deck is almost all denial and you need some damage that sticks around, this
might not be a bad choice. Get a couple of these in play and just keep denying
your opponent's lessons and hand. I think Wizards probably made this card
with the Potions-Class-Disaster decks in mind and the like. I doubt we will
see a lot of these as there are a lot of better potions options for six Power,
but i also wouldn't be surprised to see myself getting widdled away slowly
by one in the near future. If you are looking for another item for your Draco
Slytherin deck, this could be a valid choice. All in all, it's weak, but
it can be worked with.
